Sunday at the Oval running track – an overview

It’s suitable for everyone. One miles SLOW jog everyone together. Then repeat the following SIX times. Run two laps (800m) a bit faster than your own 10K race pace followed by 200m very slow jog to get your breath back. After the six repetitions Finish with the one mile slow jog. Total is a one hour session. Cost is £3.50 payable on arrival at Oval reception. It helps you improve your VO2 MAX and gets you used to running a bit faster. Basically it ups your fitness level
