WINTER SAFETY

  As the nights start to draw in during September, it is important that everyone stays as safe as possible during our winter runs

 ​1​Wear light coloured and reflective clothing

​2​Wear lights/flashing armbands

​3​Only cross roads at safe crossings or traffic lights  

​4​Run against the traffic so you can see what’s coming

​5​Don’t run using headphones

​6​Do not run by yourself – stay in groups

​7​Stay with new runners who may not know the route
