I will organise a Saturday session AND a Sunday track session at The Oval. First session is Saturday 4th Feb at 10am. Sunday session to be advised ASAP. Just come along Sat 4 Feb. Pay at the Oval. Tell them one adult for the running track. Pay approx £4. Walk through the main stand onto the track ready for a one mile jog to warm up starting 10am prompt. Everyone will jog very slow together for the first mile just to warm up the legs. Then (or before the day) I will give everyone their own personal exercise plan if they would like one. Let’s use the handicap times as a guide for track session timing.
