Sunday run

Come join us for a long run this coming Sunday 31st March morning leaving the public car park on the left hand side at the bottom of Banks Rd, Heswall, Wirral CH60 9JS, commonly referred to as Sheldrakes. This run will be to Caldy car park and back along the Wirral way and will be approx 8 miles lasting 90 mins. This is a slow run to get you used to time on your feet working towards ten mile runs. The weather is forecast to be cold so dress accordingly with maybe something to remove and tie around your waist as you start to overheat after a few miles. Hydration can start to become an issue as runs become longer. So I suggest you bring a bottle of water. WE WILL LEAVE THE CAR PARK 9.30am PROMPT which will be equivalent to 8.30am as the clocks change and we lose an hour overnight. Hopefully next run will be to West Kirby boating lake and back (9 miles) and then finally round the boating lake and back (10 miles)
