May’s come and gone and it’s been a busy one with seaside 🌊 and park 🌿runs and down to London🏰🚈Liverpool rock and roll 🎶🎸a wet and windy one! And there was Geneva 🏔
Marathons,🏃🏻♂️half, 🏃🏻♀️1 mile 🏃🏻♂️and 10k 🏃🏻♀️pbs 👏🏻medals 🏅, and Tony did say a prize for the best selfie of the day – it had to be with Mo, though!
Some were heading for a wedding in Portugal 🇵🇹 and park runs were done in the rain 💦and sun ☀️in Birkenhead, Conway, Northwich, London and in Ellesmere Port.
Amy is running after breaking her back 😊👍🏻and Donna’s taking flying lessons (and also some flack!)✈️ Dave Leece’s medal set tops the pack this month! It was so busy!! *
