V.R.R. Autumn Tour News 2019
V.R.R. Tour News – Autumn 2019
After highly successful, recent trips to Benidorm and Paphos, I’m excited to announce that the 2019 Autumn Tour will take VRR to Ghent; in the Flemish region of Belgium.
More fun and games await us; with Ghent boasting beautiful castles, a cathedral, lots of churches, museums, cobbled streets, stunning medieval architecture and oh…. Beer!!! Numerous bars to choose from in the city centre; along with brewery tours; including the world famous Gruut Brewery where herbs are used instead of hops. Add in the opportunity to also visit other near-by cities such as Bruges, Brussels, Anwterp and Ypres (for WW1 sites), this Autumn’s tour promises to be a cracking location.
As for running ( whoops – I Almost forgot!!),the Pauwels Consulting Ghent event on Sunday 27th October offers everything from a full marathon and half marathon ; right the way through to 10km and 5km options. Courses take in mixed urban and riverside surroundings plus a finish inside the Topsporthal arena. Maximum day time temperature not too cool either – average day time high temperature is 15C.
So as usual …….. here’s all the vitals to kick start your tour experience.
